Email Signature Rescue has been my email signature 'lifesaver' for many years. I've easily used it on various email clients and had never any issues with it. It requires a tiny bit of tech-savvy ness (or just patience) to use it at its full potential. Despite that, I like it a lot as it gives my business correspondence a professional feel without limiting my creative input—recommended.

It's been years of great personal and company branding experience with you.

Super outil, complet et simple d'utilisation pour tous les appareils. On l'utilise depuis des années.

Good product and makes assigning signatures to your team really easy. Little bit particular about the image size and dimensions etc. and doesn't tell you what scale was used previously so you need to remember that but that's my only gripe. Otherwise, a really simple and easy to use signature software

Great solid product

Awesome! Does the trick!

We needed a professional email signature for our small business Architecture and Custom Home Building company. Email Signature Rescue provides a cost effective solution which is easy to manage and works across our desktop and mobile devices. Would recommend to any small business as an excellent email signature solution.

Ive been using rescue signature for almost 10 years. Prior to that I tried many other signature solutions and simply put it is the best value for your money and takes away any possible headaches that you do not have time for, regarding emails. Your business aesthetic is more important to some clients/bosses than others but if I can remove any possibility of that costing me business why wouldn’t I? That’s why Rescue Signature is what I’m sticking with.

This has given us the opportunity to have a great signature without the size limitations of in email clients signatures offering. We have been using for around 2 years and always works. (Only recommendation would be Iphone work around)

The price point and the quality of the signature make it a great match for anyone. I have created them for my public high school and it has shrunk the size of our large campus. It is a small process with large rewards.

Email signature rescue makes duplicating and installing signatures for our new hires super easy.

This is a great tool for creating email signatures for yourself or your team. It's easy to use, and the Googe Chrome Extension is easy to use when making changes. I highly recommend it.

Very easy to use, customizable and with many signature designs to choose from.

The product is so easy to use and very intuitive. Such great value for money!

Email Signature Rescue was so simple yet had everything I needed. Trying to work within this email app for some and this email app for others was maddening. I ended up using one of their templates, even though I had designed my own that I was going to use. The back end management and creation was intuitive, and robust with options. I was happy to leave the review. More than that, I have been happy to refer ESR to a number of my small business clients.

We’ve been using Email Signature Rescue in our business for years. It’s easy to create and edit (for when details change) email signatures that look great and are affordable. It’s easy to amend the package for when team members join or leave and the many options for installing the signatures makes it easy for freelancers who use different platforms. It also feels very secure as the emails are sent to the email in the signature. We love it!

The stuff just works. Used many. ESR has a great catalog of styles and lots of customization but has a solid UX and very reliable

Email Signature Rescue is easy to use. The templates make it straightforward to create a professional signature, and the installer app makes it super easy to get your new signature available for use on any email client.

Love email signature rescue! Easy to use and wonderful customer experience.

I started using Email Signature Rescue for personal use and liked it so much that I signed up my entire team at my company. This allowed me to standardize our brand as each of my employees was using something a little different in their email signatures (some of those were good and others needed some work). By standardizing we presented a more professional appearance to our customers. We also incorporate a website in the signature which directs to a landing page that we can track through Google Analytics. We get a substantial amount of traffic to our landing site from this. I strongly encourage downloading the plug-in. That allows you make changes and then it seamlessly updates on your email. Highly recommend this service and well worth the money.

This platform has so many exciting options for users to choose from. I've been a customer with Email Signature Rescue for several years, and am always impressed by the variety of signatures, including the option to create your own. I also love the ability to change my signatures across my accounts - keeping things updated and fresh!

Email Signature Rescue has made adding my signature a pleasurable experience. It is simply easy to create an email signature and they offer many options and styles for use. I continue to share the information with others especially when I get a call asking "How did you do it." I'm appreciative and happy that I found Email Signature Rescue.

A very easy to use platform with some great signature options which are easy to implement. If you could update your Twitter logo that would be even better.

Easy and simply to use. Excellent tool and at a affordable cost to small businesses

As a team, Email Signature Rescue has been an excellent tool for us. So easy to use and update and install in our email system! The best thing is that it renders perfectly in all email clients I have experienced too!

Email signature made simple! We love the ability to update our email signatures in real-time, super user-friendly on both the admin and user end!

Great product, easy to use and makes you look more professional

The system is very easy to use and very flexible when setting up the email signatures. Also the different themes lets us be creative when we have multiple companies. Highly recommended!

Way more professional look on my emails! All icons are linked and people can just click on them and be send to the appropriate internet address! Love it! Just upgraded my plan so we can use awesome signatures on all our email accounts!

Email Signature Rescue is a usefull tool for centralized mail signature managament, including logo's, links and banners without sending out .jpg as attachements.

I have been using Email Signature Rescue for over 7 years. I love the templates they have that makes me stand out as a CEO + the company

ESR is great!

Outstanding bit of software which is absolutely vital for a small business.

I've been using Email Signature Rescue since March 2014 and it's been trouble-free, best html email sig solution (especially for Gmail which limits html characters allowed). Highly recommend!!!

Very happy for the great customization and elements to insert, the various structure options and for me in particular that they have kept the price for a long time. I recommend 200%

Super easy user interface. Lots of template options to play around with. Straight forward to use and easy to upload images and icons to. Would highly recommend for a professional email footer that's easy to edit

This is definitely the best solution out there. I wish there was a nice way of having future out-of-office shown clearly in the signature. Also, unfortunately for me, there is no support for right-to-left signatures.

I have been with Email Signature Rescue for a few years and can assure anyone who's doubting that there is no better service around. From functionality to customer service everything has been perfect! Thank you, ESR!

When our clients requested branded email signatures was becoming a real problem for us, until we found Email Signature Rescue. Getting signatures to work correctly across every email client to just too time-consuming to be profitable. We've used Email Signature Rescue for over a year now and are very pleased with the platform, the number of templates available and the level of editability. It solved our problems and we can create better-looking email signatures for our clients. Win, win for us and our clients.

We really enjoy the easy customization. It's also really easy to install.

I researched several email signature generators and Email Signature Rescue was the only one who had a plan for 3 people at an incredibly reasonable price. I downloaded the demo and asked a few questions via email and the service I received was outstanding. Emily answered all my queries in a timely and friendly manner. The range of signature templates available is excellent - all of them look so professional and once the info is entered you can change and adapt them to suit what you want. It's really easy to get the signature on your phone emails as well! I highly recommend Email Signature Rescue.

Thank you, and thank you again! No matter how many corrections and do-overs, the product/platform handled it every time, and the result came out GREAT!!

We have a real estate team of 10 people and Email Signature Rescue meets all of our needs for our team! We can personalize links for each team member and we love all the formatting options. Highly recommend!

Really easy to use. Excellent customer service. Great results for me.

A very good service with great support. Thank you!

Great company!! Even though their services/apps could do some improvement in terms of styling / redesigning signatures. Just stay away from wisetamp!

Great product and value for money. The dashboard and template easy to set up and duplicate. Only thing I found I had to modify was the margins in the design (default set at 9, needed to change to 0) as it wasn't lining up however info on how to fix was easy to find. Support team great and responsive on messages. I can't wait for the Installer App to be out of Beta version so we can install using the Key on our PCs with Outlook however the HTML version works just as well for the meantime.

Recommendations to others considering Email Signature Rescue: It's very easy to use and great for the price. What problems is Email Signature Rescue solving and how is that benefiting you? It meets all of our clients needs. We have more likes on social media since we implemented it. I like that the the price is competitive and in my opinion it is the easiest email signature software.
